一、項目介紹
1.研究方向
本次聯合培養LLM項目包括中國商法、普通法、能源與環境法、國際經濟法、法律史五個方向。
Master of Laws in Chinese Business Law
The LLM in Chinese Business Law (CBL) provides a structured and specialized program of advanced study in the civil and commercial law of the PRC in the context of its socio-economic reform.
Master of Laws in Common Law
This course will furnish students with substantive knowledge of Hong Kong law in some core common law subjects, and further develop the skills necessary to engage with the common law tradition more widely.
Master of Laws in Energy and Environmental Law
Energy and environmental law concerns sectors of vital importance for contemporary society. The LLM in Energy and Environmental Law aims to offer students an in-depth understanding of the legal aspects governing the key challenges of energy security and environmental protection. Students are trained for practice in the areas of energy investment and trade, project finance and infrastructure development, clean energy and climate change mitigation, with a focus on the specific energy and sustainability challenges of the Asia-Pacific region.
Master of Laws in International Economic Law
The LLM in International Economic Law Program is designed to offer students an intensive course of study of the law and practice of cross-border business transactions. Students are trained for practice in key areas such as international sales and finance, M&A (mergers and acquisitions), WTO law and international banking law.
Master of Laws in Legal History
This LLM—one of the only such programs globally—is designed to equip students with expertise in both the substance and the methodology of transnational legal history research. The LLM in Legal History has a hybrid structure, combining classroom learning and research elements. In addition to their classes, students will complete a substantial research project under the supervision of a member of the faculty, accounting for half of their credits.

二、項目申請
1.申請條件

（2）托福（Paper Based Test）的分數為570及以上，托福（Internet Based Test）的分數為88及以上，雅思成績6.5分以上，或同等水平的語言證明。
